• Can I use analogue locomotives with the Z21 system?

  No. Connecting locomotives without a digital decoder to the Z21 Digital System can result in high-frequency noise and damage to the motors. Analogue models must be refitted with a suitable decoder before use.

• How do I reset the Z21 Digital Centre to factory settings?

  Press and hold the button on the Z21 Digital Centre until the LED flashes violet (approximately 8 seconds). This will return the device to its factory default settings.

• What power supply should I use for the Z21 Digital Centre?

  Use only the supplied AC adaptor (e.g., Art. No. 10851) with a DC output. Do not connect analogue wound-core transformers or other digital systems in parallel, as this can destroy the Z21 Digital Centre.

• How do I connect the Z21 Mobile App to the system?

  Connect your smartphone or tablet to the Z21 WLAN router. Open the Z21 Mobile App, which should automatically detect the control center if connected to the correct network.
