알아채다

OEM 통합자는 이 모듈을 통합하는 최종 제품의 사용 설명서에서 이 RF 모듈을 설치 또는 제거하는 방법에 관한 정보를 최종 사용자에게 제공하지 않는다는 사실을 알고 있어야 합니다. 최종 사용자 설명서에는 사용자 설명서에 나와 있는 모든 필수 규제 정보/경고가 포함되어야 합니다.

UNLICENSED RADIATOR / LICENSE-EXEMPT RADIATOR

이 장치는 FCC 규정 제15부를 준수합니다. 작동은 다음 두 가지 조건에 따릅니다.
1) 이 장치는 유해한 간섭을 일으키지 않으며
2)이 장치는 원치 않는 작동을 유발할 수있는 간섭을 포함하여 수신 된 모든 간섭을 수용해야합니다.

규정 준수에 책임이 있는 당사자의 명시적 승인 없이 변경이나 수정을 할 경우 사용자의 장비 작동 권한이 무효화될 수 있다는 점에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

이 장치에는 혁신, 과학 및 경제 개발 캐나다의 면허 면제 RSS를 준수하는 면허 면제 송신기/수신기가 포함되어 있습니다.

   • b. For configuration with multiple transmitters in the same host, routine evaluation or SAR testing for the simultaneous transmission of the co-located transmitters according to KDB 447498 is required. The potable host product shall be evaluated for ensuring to continue compliance FCC rule part 2.1093 & part 1.1310 by. The additional guidance for the portable host products is provided in KDB Publication 996369 D02 and D04.
   • c. For the host product is not installed according to this guide, the module certification will be invalid, and a new grant certification will be required for the host product.

This radio transmitter has been approved by Federal Communications Commission and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada to operate with the antenna types listed below, with the maximum permissible gain indicated. Antenna types not included in this list that have a gain greater than the maximum gain indicated for any type listed are strictly prohibited for use with this device.

LABEL AND COMPLIANCE INFORMATION (2.8)

The host device integrating this module must be labeled with the following regulatory identifiers to ensure compliance with regulations, these labels must be clearly visible on the exterior of the host device’s enclosure as required by applicable regulatory guidelines.

테스트 모드 및 추가 테스트 요구 사항에 대한 정보

The module can be configured to continuously transmit on a specific frequency with a fixed modulation pattern. This allows evaluation of radiated emissions and spurious emissions in a controlled condition.

These test modes are intended for compliance testing only and must not be enabled during normal operation of the final product.

For more detailed information, please contact the grantee for assistance with test modes needed for module/host compliance test requirements.

추가 테스트, 파트 15 하위 파트 B 면책 조항

모듈식 송신기는 허가서에 나열된 특정 규정 부분(즉, FCC 송신기 규정)에 대해서만 FCC 인증을 받았으며, 호스트 제품 제조업체는 모듈식 송신기 인증 허가서에 포함되지 않은 호스트에 적용되는 다른 모든 FCC 규정을 준수할 책임이 있습니다.

NOTE EMI CONSIDERATIONS

Note that a host manufacture is recommended to use KDB996369 D04 Module Integration Guide recommending as “best practice” RF design engineering testing and evaluation in case non-linear interactions generate additional non-compliant limits due to module placement to host components or properties. For standalone mode, reference the guidance in KDB996369 D04 Module Integration Guide and for simultaneous mode; see KDB996369 D02 Module Q&A Question 12, which permits the host manufacturer to confirm compliance.

HOW TO MAKE CHANGES

규정 준수에 책임이 있는 당사자의 명시적 승인 없이 변경이나 수정을 할 경우 사용자의 장비 작동 권한이 무효화될 수 있다는 점에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

수혜자만이 허용적인 변경을 할 수 있습니다. 모듈이 부여된 조건과 다르게 사용될 경우 수정 사항이 규정 준수에 영향을 미치지 않는지 확인하려면 당사에 문의하십시오.
