Please read the entire instruction sheet before beginning the installation process.

1. Remove the main fuse or disconnect the battery.
2. Remove your headlight from its current location. If your headlight is mounted to the brow (the cover over the top of the headlight), remove the stock headlight from the brow by removing the nut located behind a panel on the top. If you are reusing your stock headlight, it can remain connected for later. Otherwise, disconnect the stock headlight at this point. Retain all headlight hardware if you plan to reuse the stock headlight.
3. Remove the brow by removing the two bolts located in the top of the triple tree.
4. Determine where you want the headlight located. There are 16 configurations available (depending on your headlight and motorcycle model, some options may not be compatible). Refer to the diagram below.
5. If mounting the F-16 to the bottom of the triple tree: Remove one riser bolt, position the F-16 bracket in place, and reinstall the bolt using medium thread-locker. Do not fully tighten yet. Remove the second riser bolt, pivot the F-16 into its final position, and reinstall the second bolt with thread-locker. Using this method allows you to install the bracket without removing your handlebars.
6. If mounting the F-16 to the top of the triple tree: You must remove your handlebar riser and handlebars from the top tree. (Place a protective towel over your fuel tank to prevent damage). Place the F-16 on top of the tree and reinstall your handlebar riser.
7. Mount your headlight to either the forward or rearward position on the F-16 bracket. (Note: some applications may not have sufficient clearance for the rearward mount position).
8. If you previously disconnected your headlight or are installing a new headlight, reconnect it to the stock wiring harness at this time.
9. Reinstall your main fuse or reconnect your battery. Test your headlight to ensure it functions properly and that the light beam is aimed correctly. Once verified, take your motorcycle for a test ride!

• 설정 팁: Before starting, park your motorcycle about 6 feet from a wall. Mark the floor position of your front tire and mark a temporary spot on the wall where your high or low beam points. This benchmark will help you correctly align your headlight during reassembly.
• Thread Locker & Torque: Always apply blue (medium strength) thread locker to all threads. Torque all bolts to the official specifications outlined in your motorcycle’s factory service manual.

Mounting & Adjustment Options

• 그만큼 F-16 mounts to either the Top or Bottom of the Upper Triple Tree. It is secured using the two OEM bolts that pass through the tree and secure into the handlebar risers.
• 그만큼 F-16 can be oriented with the mounting “head” angled either Up or Down.
• The mounting “head” features both a forward and a rearward mounting hole for the headlight.
• Your headlight can be mounted on top of, or suspended below, the F-16 까치발.
