WilsonPro support FAQ
이 브랜드의 매뉴얼, 등록, 지원에 대한 일반적인 질문입니다.
-
How do I read the lights on my WilsonPro signal booster?
A solid green light means it is functioning properly. A solid red light means a band has shut off due to oscillation, and blinking green/red means reduced gain. Orange or yellow lights usually indicate a nearby cell tower is causing an overload.
-
Should I plug in the WilsonPro booster before connecting the antennas?
No, you should never connect the power supply to the signal booster before securely connecting both the outside and inside antennas.
-
How much separation is needed between the inside and outside antennas?
For optimal performance and to prevent oscillation, the outside antenna must typically be separated from the inside antenna by at least 15 meters horizontally or 6 meters vertically. The antennas should also face away from each other.
-
What is the eXtended Dynamic Range (XDR) feature?
XDR allows the booster system to make automatic, real-time adjustments to its gain. This ensures continuous connectivity and prevents the system from automatically shutting down if it detects too strong of an outside signal.
