System requirements vary by headset model, but high-performance PCVR typically requires at least an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 or above and an Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 7 processor with 16GB of RAM. Controllers must be paired individually. Ensure they have sufficient charge (at least 15 minutes of charging). Open the Pimax Play software, click 'SET PAIR', then press and hold the designated buttons on the controllers until they flash blue and show as connected in the software.
