HETRONIC support FAQ
이 브랜드의 매뉴얼, 등록, 지원에 대한 일반적인 질문입니다.
-
How do I check if my Hetronic transmitter batteries are charged?
For many handheld units like the HH TC-1A, place the transmitter in the docking station. A yellow light typically indicates charging has begun, and a green light indicates the cycle is complete. If the unit does not operate, verify the battery is correctly inserted and charged.
-
What should I do if the Emergency Stop system fails?
If the Emergency Stop system does not function properly, stop the machinery immediately and DO NOT use the radio remote control system. Contact your dealer or Hetronic service center for repairs immediately.
-
How do I replace the battery in the HH TC-1A transmitter?
Unscrew the battery cap from the transmitter’s battery tube. Insert the correct rechargeable battery (e.g., Hetronic Battery HH LiFePO4 3.2V 3.3Ah) with the black ring facing into the tube, then reinstall the battery cap securely.
-
Can I replace Hetronic radio modules myself?
While modules like the CSM2400FH are pin-compatible with some legacy radios, settings and adjustments are typically performed by factory-trained personnel during the manufacturing process. No final adjustments are usually required by the end-user.
-
Why does the transmitter range seem shorter than usual?
Check for large metal obstructions between the transmitter and receiver, or verify the condition of the batteries. If the issue persists, the receiver antenna orientation or location may need adjustment.
