  • How do I pair my Flic button to my phone?

    Download the Flic App from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and follow the in-app setup guide to pair your device via Bluetooth.

  • How do I change the battery in my Flic 2?

    Twist the Flic button to the left (often while stuck to a surface to get leverage) to open the battery hatch. Replace the old battery with a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up, then twist the lid back on.

  • Is the Flic button waterproof?

    Standard Flic buttons are water-resistant but not waterproof. They should not be submerged. Waterproofing is possible using specific accessories like the Silicone Case for older models.

  • How do I perform a factory reset on my Flic button?

    Remove the battery and re-insert it. Within 5 seconds of inserting the battery, push and hold the button for 10 seconds until it resets. This will erase all settings.

  • What devices does Flic work with?

    Flic connects with iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth 4.0+. It integrates with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, IFTTT, Philips Hue, Sonos, and works with the Flic Hub for phone-free operation.
