1. 설정

1.1 언박싱 및 구성품 확인

1.2 도크 배치

Place the multifunctional dock against a wall in an open area. Ensure there is sufficient clear space around the dock for the robot to maneuver:

• At least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) clear space on both sides.
• At least 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) clear space in front.

1.3 물탱크 준비

Open the top cover of the multifunctional dock. Remove the clean water tank and fill it with clean water. You may add a capful of roborock cleaning solution if desired. Reinsert the clean water tank into the dock.

1.4 로봇 초기 배치 및 충전

Place the robot vacuum in front of the dock. Press and hold the Power button to switch on the robot. The robot will automatically return to the dock to charge. Ensure the robot is fully charged before its first use.

1.5 앱 설정 및 Wi-Fi 연결

Download the Roborock App from your device's app store. Open the app and follow the on-screen prompts to add your Qrevo Curv 2 Flow robot. You may need to press and hold both the Power and Dock buttons on the robot simultaneously to enter Wi-Fi pairing mode. The robot supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only.

Control your robot vacuum using the Roborock App or voice commands. Compatible with "Hello Rocky" voice commands and other smart assistants.

• Wi-Fi 연결: Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal. The robot does not support 5GHz networks.
• Mopping Streaks: If mopping streaks occur, adjust water flow settings, mop washing frequency, and cleaning direction via the Roborock App. Ensure the built-in scraper is clean.
• 장애물 회피: While the robot has Reactive AI, it is recommended to clear small cables, toys, and other clutter from the floor before cleaning for best results.
• Carpet Wetting: Ensure the Smart Carpet Strategy is enabled in the app to lift the mop on carpets.
