4.2 Magnetic Lock Installation (Outswinging Door)

For outswinging doors, the magnetic lock body is typically mounted on the door frame, and the armature plate is mounted on the door. Z and L brackets are required for proper alignment.

1. Mount the L-Bracket: Secure the L-bracket to the door frame using the provided screws. Ensure it is level and positioned correctly for the magnetic lock body.
2. Mount the Magnetic Lock Body: Attach the magnetic lock body to the L-bracket.
3. Mount the Z-Bracket: Assemble the Z-bracket components and attach them to the door. The Z-bracket allows the armature plate to align with the magnetic lock body.
4. Attach the Armature Plate: Secure the armature plate to the Z-bracket. Ensure the armature plate can pivot slightly to allow for full contact with the magnetic lock face.

4.4 Power Supply Controller Installation

Mount the power supply controller in a secure, dry location, preferably near the door frame but out of direct reach. Ensure proper ventilation.
