1. VicoHome 앱을 다운로드하세요
To avoid scams and malware, download the app only from your phone's official app store. You can also use your phone's built-in scanner to scan the QR code provided below.

문제 해결
"Wi-Fi Password Error"
If you hear the "Wi-Fi Password Error" prompt, please check whether the Wi-Fi password you entered in the App is correct.
Camera Not Turning On / Entering Pairing Mode
Hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode with a continuous 'Ding Dong' sound and flashing light. If the camera doesn't operate, please DOUBLE-CLICK the power button to reset and connect.
"Wi-Fi not found"
If you hear the "Wi-Fi not found" prompt, please check whether you selected or entered the correct Wi-Fi name. Place the device near the Wi-Fi router and ensure that the router is powered on. Please note that 5Ghz Wi-Fi cannot be searched by the device; ensure you are using a 2.4Ghz network.
Pan/Tilt Functionality Issues
If the pan/tilt function stops working, ensure there are no physical obstructions. If the issue persists, try resetting the camera by double-clicking the power button. If the problem continues, contact customer support.
과도한 알림
If you are receiving too many notifications for non-relevant events, adjust the detection sensitivity settings in the VicoHome app. You can also customize detection zones to exclude areas where motion is not critical.
