For PC: Ensure your PC is connected to the Wi-Fi router. Connect the printer to the PC via a USB cable to configure Wi-Fi. Download and install the driver, choosing 'connect with Wi-Fi'. A: WiFi Hotspot is a Wi-Fi hotspot built into the printer. The network is not available when connecting to print. It is suitable for mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets. Wireless Router printing uses your own wireless router for your area network. The network is available when connecting to print. It is mainly used for PC, also cell phones and tablets (you need to download the PANTUM APP).
- Q: How do I troubleshoot a paper jam?
A: Remove the paper, as appropriate, until the LCD returns to print-ready status. Or restart the printer. Refer to Section 13 of the User's Manual for more detailed instructions.
- Q: Why are there spots or streaks in the print?
A: Ensure that the laser toner cartridge is properly installed and that the print media is properly installed. Clean the paper feed channel inside the machine.
