For a comprehensive analysis of 13 body composition metrics (including BMI, body fat, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, protein, BMR, skeletal muscle, fat-free body weight, visceral fat, metabolic age, and subcutaneous fat), refer to the FITINDEX app.
