5. 설치 및 설정

5.1 위치 선택

Install smoke detectors in all sleeping areas and on every level of your home, including the basement. For optimal protection, place a detector in each bedroom. Avoid installing near windows, doors, or air vents where drafts might interfere with smoke detection. Keep at least 10 cm distance from walls and corners if mounting on the ceiling.

6. 사용 설명서

Test the smoke detector weekly to ensure it is functioning correctly. Press and hold the test button (usually located on the front or side of the unit) for a few seconds. The alarm should sound loudly. If the alarm does not sound, refer to the Troubleshooting section.

When smoke is detected, the alarm will emit a loud, pulsating sound. A red LED indicator may also flash. In case of an alarm, follow your family's emergency escape plan and evacuate the building immediately.

6.3 Silence Function (Hush Mode)
