1. 서론

The Fieldpiece SPK3 is a versatile dual-temperature thermometer designed for HVACR professionals. It combines a folding rod temperature probe for in-duct measurements with an 8:1 infrared (IR) gun for non-contact surface temperature readings. 2. 설정

2.1 배터리 설치

  2. In-Duct Measurement: Insert the piercing tip of the rod into the ductwork. The rod hook allows the SPK3 to hang hands-free from registers or ductwork, providing stable readings.

3.3 Infrared (IR) Mode

The 8:1 infrared gun provides quick, non-contact surface temperature measurements.

  1. Activating IR: Point the infrared sensor (located at the top of the unit) towards the target surface.

To clean the SPK3, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water. Ensure the infrared lens and probe tip are kept clean for accurate measurements.

When the battery indicator appears on the display, replace the AAA batteries as described in Section 2.1.

4.3 보관

When not in use, fold the rod probe back into the body of the thermometer for protection. Store the unit in a dry environment, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
