- Once the blender is activated, you can RELEASE the Lock/Unlock button. The blender will continue to operate as long as the speed button is held down.
- To stop operation, release the High or Low speed button.

You can also PRESS and HOLD the High or Low speed button FIRST, then press the Lock/Unlock button. Once the Hand Blender is activated, you can release the Lock/Unlock button.
