5.1 Taking a Measurement (Quick Start Technology)

- Gently step onto the center of the scale with bare feet. The scale will automatically turn on due to its Quick Start technology.

The Sanitas SGS 06 scale allows you to switch between different units of measurement: kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), and stones (st).
- To change the unit, locate the unit selection button on the underside of the scale, usually near the battery compartment.
- Press this button repeatedly to cycle through the available units (kg, lb, st) until your desired unit is displayed.
