You can register your product for the Limited Lifetime Warranty by visiting the warranty page on The Shower Head Store website or by scanning the QR code included on your product details card.
The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. It excludes damage from misuse or improper installation.
Most HammerHead fixtures can be installed by hand. Remove the old head, apply thread seal tape to the shower arm, and hand-tighten the new fixture. Use a wrench for a final quarter-turn if necessary, but do not overtighten.
