3.4 Mode Selection and Adjustments

The device features an intuitive mode dial and a one-button multi-mode design for quick adjustments. Refer to the on-screen prompts or the full digital manual for detailed instructions on changing settings such as ISO, shutter speed priority, or aperture priority modes, and switching between metric and imperial distance units.

4. 유지관리

4.1 청소

Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the device's exterior. For the OLED screen and laser lens, use a microfiber cloth specifically designed for optics. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish or optical components.

4.2 배터리 충전

The CHI L.D. Light Meter Pro is equipped with a 370mAh rechargeable battery. When the battery indicator on the OLED screen shows low power, connect the device to a USB power source using the provided USB-C cable. A full charge typically takes a few hours. Avoid overcharging the battery for extended periods.

4.3 보관

When not in use for extended periods, store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to charge the battery periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) to maintain battery health.

5. 문제 해결

5.1 장치 전원이 켜지지 않음

  • Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a USB-C charger and wait for at least 15 minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Verify that the power button is being pressed and held for the required duration (typically 2-3 seconds).

5.2 Inaccurate Light Readings

  • Check for any obstructions on the light sensor. Clean the sensor area with a soft, lint-free cloth.
  • Ensure the correct ISO setting is selected on the device to match your film.
  • Confirm that the metering mode (e.g., spot metering) is appropriate for your scene.

5.3 Laser Rangefinder Not Working

  • Ensure the laser function is activated.
  • Check for any obstructions on the laser emitter or receiver. Clean these areas if necessary.
